Walk-in appointments are accepted on a daily basis, however, to guarantee preferred time and availability, reservations are suggested. We ask that you arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled visit.
Saviours Salon makes every effort to ensure your experience with us is an enjoyable one. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to stick to our schedule. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48-hours notice for cancellations or to adjust an appointment time.
In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our stylists’ time, the following policies will be honored:
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you must change, cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations made less than 48 hrs in advance are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.
No shows with no advance notice will result in a full charge for the reserved services.
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate the booked service/s . Services that cannot be accommodated due to late arrival will be subject to a 50% charge.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Any cancellation, no show or late fees will be charged to the card on file.
* Note: We require pre-payment in full for future services booked if a guest is prone to cancellations, no shows and late arrivals.
If You Are Sick...
Please cancel you appointment and stay home if you are potentially contagious. We get sick too and then we can’t work. We will do our best to accommodate you when you are well.
Gratuities are highly appreciated by your service provider but not required. If you prefer to tip your stylist, 18% of your service total is a standard gratuity. Cash back on charges and checks are not permitted.
Returns Retail returns are accepted within two weeks (14 days) of purchase with a valid receipt for retail exchange only. Cash refunds are not provided.
We offer a seven day service guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we will redo the service at no charge with the same stylist or an alternative stylist. Refunds are only given at the owner/manager's discretion in the form of salon credit.
We ask that children do not accompany you to your visit due to the nature of our business and guest seating, unless they are also receiving services. Our staff and guests appreciate your understanding of our salon environment.
Prices vary by stylist and length of hair. We offer free in-salon consultations and quotes for services. Over the phone price quotes can not be guaranteed due to variance of length and thickness of hair. Prices are also subject to change without notice.
